As a result of the education and nature themed photography competition organized throughout Turkey by the Teachers Academy Foundation, in cooperation with Garanti BBVA Investment support and IFSAK, 5 awarded works among 177 photographs taken to explore and strengthen the bond of education with nature, and 20 works selected to be exhibited, will meet the audience at Zorlu PSM Gallery Area between 23-25 October.
In the competition, which included 177 works of 47 participants, most of whom were educators, the winner was Ufuk Turpcan with his photograph titled " 'Yarışlı Lake' ". M. Turan Döner received the second prize with his photograph titled " Lightning and the City ", Muhammet Özen received the third prize with his photograph titled " Fisherman ", and Merve Özen received the third prize with her photograph titled " "Mother's Love". He received an honorable mention with his photograph titled "" and Salih Kuş received the Garanti BBVA Investment special award with his photograph titled " Morning Time" '.
The exhibition, which can be visited free of charge, highlights the unique instructiveness of nature and reminds us of our responsibilities towards it. Each photograph exhibited invites us to think about the beauty and wisdom offered by nature, as well as the impact of humans on nature; It invites everyone to be more conscious and sensitive individuals.
